Ken Heaps returned to Kakivik Asset Management LLC as quality manager/NDE III. Heaps has more than 23 years experience supporting Alaska's oil and gas, petrochemical and construction industries.

He was first employed by Kakivik in 2000, and was directly responsible for the initial development and implementation of Kakivik's Quality Assurance Program based on ISO 9001:2000 principles, as well as Kakivik's Web-based qualification and certification program.

Tony Bushard accepted the position of project manager for ConocoPhillips NDE contract. Bushard was first awarded the contract in 2000. Since 1983, he has applied his NDT and quality-assurance knowledge and experience in both the oilfield and aerospace industries.

From 1985-1995, Bushard was the senior NDE lead technician for Allied Signal Aerospace Inc.
