Tor Christopherson joined the Anchorage office of SLR, an environmental-consulting firm as an environmental scientist. Christopherson has a bachelor's degree in biology from Colorado College and will provide permitting and compliance support for a variety of industry clients throughout Alaska.

Leslie Crawford joined the Anchorage office of SLR as a project hydrogeologist. She has more than seven years of experience in the environmental consulting field and has specific experience in landfill water-quality sampling and reporting, landfill hydrogeologic design, and drilling oversight. Crawford has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in geology from the University of Georgia.
