Alaska Business Monthly.(Right Moves)

Alaska Business Monthly promoted Ben Grenn to associate editor. ABM hired Grenn in October 2006 as its staff writer. Prior to joining the monthly publication as a full-time employee, Grenn was a freelance writer for the business magazine for more than 10 years. As a 40-year resident of Alaska, Grenn has a long career in journalism. His previous work includes being sports editors of local newspapers, as well as a professional career in radio and television broadcasting with several Anchorage stations. He earned a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Alaska Anchorage, where he also was employed as the assistant sports information director. As the new associate editor, Grenn will be responsible for writing news and feature articles and editing, as well as assisting in the development of the editorial calendar and magazine content.
