Peoples State Bank announced the promotions of Heather Lardomita to managed assets officer at the Warren office; Jean Smith to vice president, business relationship manager at the Fenton office; Scott Whitford to vice president, business relationship manager at the new Troy office; and Katherine Durant to business relationship manager at the bank's 12 Mile & Gloede Financial Center in Warren. Peoples State Bank also announced the appointments of Jeffrey L. Moore to senior vice president and chief credit officer at the bank's 13 Mile & Ryan Financial Center in Warren; Robert E. Buchanan as vice president and bank secrecy act officer; and Michael A. Banks to senior vice president and chief lending officer.
