Compilation hours as qualifying attest experience for licensure.

California CPA • August, 2007 • CBA News

Compilation hours obtained after Dec. 31, 2007, no longer will be accepted as qualifying attest experience for licensure, said the California Board of Accountancy. The only exception will be for applicants who initially applied for the Uniform CPA Examination under Pathway 0, and apply for CPA licensure under Pathway 0 (Sec. 5083 of the California Accountancy Act and Sec. 11.5 of the Accountancy Regulations).
