Castle Brands has nominated seven of its eight current directors for re-election to its board as well as suggested two newcomers. The company said that it has nominated Gill Jefferson and Keith Bellinger for election to the board, with Phillip Frost sitting out of the vote. Jefferson brings 23 years of experience in the industry, having previously worked with the Irish Distillers Group and managed one of its subsidiaries, The Old Bushmills Distillery. Bellinger, Castle Brand's current president and CEO, brings 20 years of experience in the industry, having previously worked as president of Allied Domecq North America and CFO of Allied Domecq's U.S. spirits division.
