EDS, Plano, Texas, has been named a leader in European Remote
Infrastructure Management (RIM) by independent analyst firm Forrester
Research. Infrastructure management includes mainframe, data center,
voice and data network, desktop and help desk operations.
EDS was among the select companies invited by Forrester to
participate in its August 31, 2007 The Forrester Wave(TM): European
Remote Infrastructure Management, Q3 2007 (August 2007) report. The
report evaluated EDS' expertise in the outsourced areas of
mainframe, data center, voice and data network, desktop and help desk
operations for the firm's European clients. In this evaluation, EDS
was cited as a leader in European remote infrastructure management and
received top scores in a number of areas, including its service
offerings, service management as well as vision and productivity
investments.
The Forrester Wave European Remote Infrastructure Management, Q3
2007 report stated:

Forrester also stated EDS "has a strong market presence in

network." The report cited the information technology services

support; it also has a strong offering for consolidation and
virtualization."
