The CAREFLEX[TM] PHPFP mattress features firm cushioning on both edges of the mattress for additional side perimeter stability. Additional features include graduated levels of high-density comfort cushioning, which ensure mattress thickness retention and long-term support characteristics. The built-in "waffle" design increases air flow, enhances pressure-reduction characteristics, and reduces mattress heat retention. All PHP models have a super-soft heel pad to help maximize targeted wound care therapy.
