Baked goods producer Flowers Foods has promoted Karyl Lauder to the
position of vice president and chief accounting officer, and Vandy Davis
to vice president and corporate controller. The company said Lauder
would serve as a key advisor to Flowers Foods' senior management
while also continuing to develop and direct the company's
accounting policy and procedures. As vice president and corporate
controller, Davis will administer accounting and financial reporting
policy and develop strategic direction for the company in this area.
