"Commodities & derivatives law integrated library" from CCH.

CCH (Riverwoods, IL), a unit of Wolters Kluwer, a new online subscription service that provides information and analysis on the regulatory, reporting and legal issues relevant to commodities and derivatives. Subscriptions and site licenses vary depending on a number of factors, with annual subscriptions beginning at $4912.

The Library is a complete database of laws and regulations, pertinent Congressional Report excerpts, annotations of court cases and administrative decisions combined with analytical materials. The Library includes a number of relevant information sources. "CCH Commodity Futures Law Reporter" is a resource covering commodity futures laws, regulations, forms, interpretations, administrative rulings and court decisions, archives and daily tracking services. "CCH Derivatives Regulation Law Reporter" covers legislative, regulatory and judicial developments surrounding the U.S. derivatives market. It includes regulations from the SEC, CF TC, Federal Reserve Board, OCC, FDIC and OTS, in addition to international developments.

"Hedge Funds and Private Equity: Regulation & Risk Management Update" is a newsletter that carries information on the latest regulatory and legislative developments affecting hedge funds and other private pools of capital. It includes reports on domestic and international regulators and other factors impacting hedge funds. "Derivatives Regulation" is a guide to the range of emerging regulatory, reporting and legal issues relevant to derivatives and related instruments. It covers regulatory and congressional guidelines, registration, reporting and disclosure requirements, criteria for publicly traded futures and commodity options and the rules governing unprofessional conduct.

The library also includes three books. "U.S. regulation of the International Securities and Derivatives Markets" covers all U.S. laws and regulations affecting international securities offerings and foreign participants in U.S. capital markets. "Securitization of Financial Assets" examines the latest financing methods while "Offerings of Asset-Backed Securities" discusses common problems that arise in securitization.

The Library also includes full text of final, temporary and proposed regulation issued by the IRS, and full text of the relevant sections of the Internal Revenue Code, as well as related legislation and constitutional provisions.
