CT Summation (New York), a unit of Wolters Kluwer and a provider of
litigation support and electronic data discovery services, has acquired
DocuLex, Inc. (Winter Haven, FL) a developer and provider of support
software and solutions for the legal industry. No terms were given.
DocuLex's clients include law firms, litigation support service
bureaus, government agencies and corporate legal departments. The
company's electronic processing software, Discovery Cracker,
processes large volumes of electronic documents and e-mail files.
