Routledge (New York/London), a unit of Taylor & Francis, has assumed publishing responsibility for two legal journals. "China Law Review," the official publication of the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (Beijing), examines China's legal development and experience in democracy, human rights and the rule of law. Its mission is to be a forum for the exchange of information between Chinese and Western scholars. It is published three times a year. "Commonwealth Law Bulletin," published on behalf of the Commonwealth Secretariat (London), is designed to educate and inform readers about legal developments throughout the Commonwealth and is targeted to judges, attorneys general, law ministers, law reform agencies, academics and private practitioners. It is published four times a year.
