assumed publishing responsibility for two legal journals. "China
Law Review," the official publication of the Institute of Law,
Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (Beijing), examines China's
legal development and experience in democracy, human rights and the rule
of law. Its mission is to be a forum for the exchange of information
between Chinese and Western scholars. It is published three times a
year. "Commonwealth Law Bulletin," published on behalf of the
Commonwealth Secretariat (London), is designed to educate and inform
readers about legal developments throughout the Commonwealth and is
targeted to judges, attorneys general, law ministers, law reform
agencies, academics and private practitioners. It is published four
times a year.
