Attention! Tax Boot Camp looking for
enlistees.
Tax Boot Camp--co-sponsored by the USD Accountancy Institute and
the California Society of CPAs San Diego Chapter--provides concentrated
tax preparation experience for new CPAs and is designed to prepare new
CPA firm staff members for tax season by providing realistic, hands-on
training in tax return preparation, workpaper technique and basic tax
law over a four-day course. Students also practice using checklists and
worksheets.
This year's Tax Boot Camp will be held Jan. 7-10, 2008, and
will be taught by San Diego tax practitioners Frank Beiser and Kate
Leonard--both Past Presidents of the San Diego Chapter.
