Weekly UpdatesRebakah Moras, a University of Alaska Anchorage graduate, received a U.S. Student Fulbright Award scholarship to travel to Germany to teach English as a foreign language. She is one of more than 1,300 U.S. citizens who will travel abroad as part of the program to teach during the 2007-2008 academic year. Moras earned a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in German.
