[ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] Former Lt. Gov. Loren Leman has joined Michael L. Foster & Associates Inc., an architecture and engineering firm, as vice president. Leman, a registered professional civil engineer, was a project manager for CH2M Hill prior to serving 14 years in state government as lieutenant governor and as a legislator. He continued his engineering work, specializing in water, wastewater and environmental engineering.
