Tutka LLC hired Amber Hammontree as an environmental scientist. Hammontree has more than six years of experience in environmental remediation, restoration and water quality. Her responsibilities include proposal and site-plan preparation, field investigating and assisting with environmental projects. Tutka also hired Joel Florian as an instrumentation technician. Florian has more than 18 years of experience in electrical, computers, estimating and planning. He is certified to handle repairs, calibration and installation. Tutka previously operated as PSI Environmental.
