up this year thanks in good part to an unusually long summer
season.
* Indian press sources indicate that ice cream sales are up this
year thanks in good part to an unusually long summer season. Two market
leaders, Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and Amul, have both reported solid
increases. Amul reported growth of 17% and HUL 18.7%, both besting the
overall market increase of 12%.
