company, reports that Edy's Grand Ice Cream has signed a lease for
60,443 square feet of industrial space in the Technology Center
industrial park in Lawrenceville, GA.

that Edy's Grand Ice Cream has signed a lease for 60,443 square
feet of industrial space in the Technology Center industrial park in
Lawrenceville, GA. The company is expected to occupy the space in early
January 2008. No word as to the usage, although it is most likely to
serve as a distribution center.
