The Alaska Small Business Development Center's Alaska Performance Excellence program will conduct a free, self-assessment workshop from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 11 at the BP Energy Center. The Alaska Performance Excellence program aims to provide specific measurable criteria for Alaska organizations in several areas: leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, information and analysis, human resources, process management and results.
