Heath Hilyard has joined Alaska Supply Chain Integrators as business development coordinator. He previously served as committee aide to the Alaska House of Representatives Resources Committee. The company promoted Michael Karchere to maintenance, repair and operations buyer. He is a 2006 University of Alaska Anchorage graduate, earning degrees in global logistics management and business management. Fred Sayre has been promoted to materials management leader for ASCI's business in Trinidad and Tobago. He manages a new joint venture between ASCI and Neal & Massy Holdings of Trinidad, where Sayre now lives. He joined the ASCI in 2004.
