Weekly UpdatesBrian Newton was selected as the new president and chief executive officer at Golden Valley Electric Association in Fairbanks. Newton has served as president and chief executive of Consolidated Electric Cooperative in Mount Gilead, Ohio, for nine years. Newton replaces Steven Haagenson, who retired in November after 32 years at GVEA.
