NOZA, provider of a searchable database of charitable donations for fundraisers, announced free access to its database of foundation grants. NOZA's Web service is used by nonprofits and others to research the philanthropic history of prospective donors.
NOZA's foundation grant searching service is a free version of its flagship prospect research service, a searchable database of more than 25 million records of donations made by private individuals and companies to U.S.-based nonprofits. Users can search NOZA's 825,412 foundation grant records free of charge, and without registering on the site, www.nozasearch.com
NOZA also launched its new Web site, offering new search capabilities and releasing new features for both free and paid customers.
NOZA's data is from Internet-based annual reports, newsletters, campaign honor rolls, press releases, event sponsor lists, etc. Information is available on the Internet, or was at one point, and reported by recipients.
