Forrester Research selected Equifax Inc. (NYSE:EFX) as a
"Leader" among midmarket database marketing service providers.
In The Forrester Wave(TM): Database Marketing Service Providers, Q4 2007
(November 2007 report), Equifax Database Services (DBS) was recognized
for "superior client service, flexible and pragmatic database
management and mid-market specialization." Equifax DBS also was
cited as a strong performer for enterprise opportunities.

then measured against 143 criteria through a series of vendor surveys
and executive interviews to determine their placement on the Forrester
Wave. The criteria questions were based on a provider's current
service offerings, its strategy and market presence.
The report notes, "Equifax DBS clients we interviewed praised
the company's practical, integrated delivery and describe the
company as very professional, transparent, and flexible." The
company also was cited for its "relevant, cost-effective solutions
for mid-market buyers." The report stated that "Equifax
demonstrates deep client intimacy, and clients heap praise on its
customer service, proactive advice and problem-solving approach."
