The Produce Marketing Association's (PMA) 2007 Fresh Summit International Convention & Exposition was held in October in Houston, TX. More than 15,500 representatives from around the world exhibited fresh produce and floral supplies.

Former Secretary of State Colin Powell delivered the keynote address on leadership to an appreciative standing room only crowd. PMA President Bryan Silbermann offered his annual state of the industry address. Eighteen educational workshops covered a broad range of topics including food safety, consumer trends, technology, professional development and global business.
