In Memoriam Emidio Filippini.
Emidio "Meme" Filippini died October 23, 2007 in Reading,
PA. For 30 years he was involved with the mushroom farm community and
was the owner of several local mushroom farms. He also owned and
designed several golf courses in the Reading area.
He was born in Ascoli Piceno, Italy, and was married to Helen
Guidotti Filippini for 49 years. Five children, 11 grandchildren and
three brothers survive him.
He was a member of Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church and a
member of the St. Marco Society, Temple, PA. Contributions may be made
