* The Chicago Tribune reports that former Ben & Jerry's
exec David Rachlin's company Woodstock Water Buffalo Co. (soon to
be renamed Vermont Spoondance Creamery) may extend its line of dairy
products made from water buffalo milk to include a water buffalo ice
cream. The line currently features yogurt and mozzarella cheese. Water
buffalo milk said to be richer in butterfat than cow's milk, higher
in protein and calcium, and lower in cholesterol.
