Talking Points[TM] was created to stimulate interesting and
meaningful conversation between residents. Daily Talking Points[TM] can
be displayed at dining tables during mealtime and are divided into two
sections. The first recalls past events, such as historical events and
birthdates. The second section offers thoughtful questions that
encourage residents to share how these events have affected their lives.
Talking Points[TM] provides a springboard for conversation, helping
residents build relationships by bringing the past to the present.
