NJ-NAIOP roundtable.(New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties )(Brief article)

The New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NJ-NAIOP) will host "Roundtables With Industry Experts" on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick. The event will begin with a networking breakfast at 7:30 a.m. followed by the program from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with experts in the industry for a candid and lively discussion on four topics: "(DEP) Regulation by Proclamation" with Neil Yoskin (Sokol, Behot & Fiorenzo) and Robert Crespi (Wolff & Samson); "Condemnation" with John Reilly (Farer Fersko, A Professional Association); "Capital Markets" with Gretchen Wilcox (G.S. Wilcox & Co.) and "Adaptive Re-use" with Mark Schaevitz (Paragon Realty Group Inc.) and a speaker from Denholtz Associates.
