"Privacy and Data Security Law Journal," a monthly journal
that examines developments in the law relating to privacy and data
security issues. It is published monthly and an annual subscription
costs $377.
The journal is targeted to both attorneys and bankers and is
written to supply analysis of privacy and data security trends and to
keep readers current with the latest developments in privacy and data
security law, in both the state and federal levels, and internationally.
Content covered includes information on: identity theft; data
management and security, including security breach laws; data mining;
trans-border data flows; Internet and new media privacy; hacker
protection; avoiding criminal email interception; spyware guidance for
financial institutions; GLB privacy and data security developments;
