Lineup announced for NAMM VandoJam.

VANDOREN HAS announced its lineup for the annual VandoJam at NAMM. Back by popular demand from last year's jam is west coast star Eric Marienthal. Besides being a highly successful recording artist on his own, Marienthal is a member of the legendary Chick Corea Electrik Band. He is also a current member of Gordon Goodwin's LA Phat Band. Joining Marienthal is East Coast jazz star Antonio Hart. A recording artist in his own right with seven of his own albums and more than 80 other recordings with other jazz stars, Hart is also a full-time professor at the Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College. He's also a member of Dave Holland's big band and The Dizzy Gillespie Alumni Big Band. Both Marienthal and Hart have been honored with Grammy awards.

The VandoJam kicks off at 8 P.M. at the Pulse Lounge in the Anaheim Convention Hotel on Wednesday, January 16.

"We are pleased with the turnout we've seen at these types of events," said DANSR President Michael Skinner. "People enjoy playing alongside or simply listening to these incredible jazz stars."

The VandoJam is free to anyone attending the NAMM show.
