MIKE PORTNOY, drummer extraordinaire and skin pounder for Dream
Theater, recently appeared at Funky Munky Music in Shawnee, Kansas.
Portnoy stopped by to sign autographs, take pictures with fans, and
answer questions on the afternoon preceding a Dream Theater concert in
Kansas City. Sabian sponsored the event, which featured giveaways of a
Sabian cymbal, tickets to a Kansas City music awards events, free
tickets to the Dream Theater show that night, and tons of free Sabian
merchandise.
