INTRODUCTIONS
ST. BLUES' WINTER NAMM exhibition will showcase the "61
South," the company's first semi-hollowbody, as well as the
"White Lightning," its newest model. The White Lightning
features Saint Blues' unique Bluesmaster body style, but in
25.5-inch scale; with custom mother of pearl lightning inlay; and either
P90s or dual humbuckers. Rounding out the company's import line
will be the introduction of a new color for the Bluescaster IV and
Bluesmaster II, Alabama Red Clay.
This year St. Blues will begin including a hard-shell custom case
with every guitar or bass sold. It will also provide free shipping to
dealers in the continental U.S. that maintain the agreed-upon stocking
level. St. Blues will now feature left-handed versions of all of its
styles, in limited color choices.
St. Blues has also announced the creation of its Made in the USA
line and custom shop capabilities. The company's NAMM display will
include three prototypes of U.S.-made versions of its existing import
models.
To accommodate its growth and the new custom shop launch, Saint
Blues has relocated to a historic 12,000-square-foot building just a
block down from the legendary Sun Studio, the birthplace of rock
'n' roll.
