INTRODUCTIONS
THE AVEDIS ZILDJIAN CO. has expanded its popular K Light cymbal
series with a new ride and two new pairs of hi-hats. This development
provides even more options to the growing number of rock and pop
drummers choosing the darker sounds of the K Zildjian cymbal range.
Zildjian's new 22" K Light Ride comes in a traditional finish
and is thin in weight. It features the same "smoky" sound and
excellent stick definition of the existing 24" model but in a
smaller, more controllable size.

The new 15" and 16" K Light Hihats offer more volume and
lots of "wash" for a "sloshy" feel. They feature a
traditional finish with a medium-thin weight top cymbal and a medium
weight bottom cymbal. The 16" K Light HiHats are the first ever
16" HiHats offered in the K Zildjian range. Both the Ride and the
HiHats are versatile enough for almost any style of music.
Zildjian has also introduced a redesigned Adrian Young Artist
Series drumstick for 2008. Visually striking, the No Doubt
drummer's stick is black on the back half with Young's name
printed on the stick in signature No Doubt text in a silver checkerboard
graphic, while the front half is white. Complemented by a black nylon
tip for extra durability and clear projection, this stick is truly
distinctive.
At 16-1/2" in length and 0.585" in diameter, Adrian Young
Artists Series drumsticks are perfect for rock, punk, ska, Burundi, and
every other style of music that Adrian plays.
