LexisNexis (New York) has begun the publication of the
"LexisNexis Real Estate Report," an online monthly newsletter
that covers news, developments and analysis in real estate law. An
annual subscription to the title costs $750.
LexisNexis said the newsletter carries case summaries, legislative
and regulatory news, full-text court documents, and commentary articles
on the latest cases and issues in real estate litigation. Topics covered
include eminent domain and just compensation, water rights, real estate
antitrust cases, zoning, premises liability, broker commissions and
disclosure obligations, Brownfields, environmental issues, adverse
possession, property 'flipping,' public access and violations
of the Fair Housing Act.
It includes news stories, case summaries, attorney listings and
full-text of relevant court documents and subscribers also receive email
bulletins of breaking news. Initial issues include information on cases
dealing with agricultural law, commercial real estate, condemnation,
construction, landlord and tenant law, foreclosures and zoning.
