Idea Group launches new journals.

The Idea Group (Hershey, PA) has begun the publication of one new journal and announced the launch of two others. The "International Journal of Information Communication Technologies and Human Development" will carry theoretical and empirical information related to the field of how information communication technologies (ICTs) can make a difference in human development.

The journal will be launched in early 2009 and content will carry information on the affect of ICTs on agriculture, commerce, culture, the environment, telecenters, health and healthcare, governance, disaster management, poverty alleviation, international cooperation and human rights, among other topics. It will be published quarterly and an annual subscription will cost $495 for institutions and $125 for individuals.

The "International Journal of Digital Crime and Forensics; also to be launched in early 2009, will cover the latest developments in the area of digital crime and forensics with an emphasis on those disciplines that use electronic devices and software for crime prevention and investigation. The c new journal will publish a range of research articles and reviews, case studies, tutorials and editorials.

Launched with an issue in January 2008, "Information Systems and Supply Chain Management" is a quarterly journal that examines the latest research in supply chain management (SCM), as well as the interactions, linkages, applications and support of SCM using information systems. It includes research results and case studies in areas such as revenue management, risk management, enterprise information systems, artificial intelligence, customer relationship management, expert systems, and intelligent systems.
