On Monday, Jan. 7, the International Franchise Association was among the featured guests during a NASDAQ Stock Market opening bell ceremony at the exchange in New York. IFA Educational Foundation Pres. John Reynolds participated in the ceremony that included DECA International High School Division, North Atlantic Regional, David Montoni and NexCen Brands Inc. CEO Robert D'Loren.

This event highlighted the partnership between IFA and DECA, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to preparing high school and college students for business careers. They were also joined by winners of the DECA-NASDAQ Stock Market Competition.
