BURLINGTON -- Medical tester Laboratory Corporation of America
Holdings purchased Utah-based clinical researcher Tandem Labs. Terms
were not disclosed. Tandem will become part of LabCorp's
clinical-trials group. The deal was expected to close in the first
quarter.
