PURE Bioscience (OTCBB: PURE), San Diego, Calif., has reported
revenues for the second fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2008 of
approximately $152,400 compared with revenues of $168,800 in the second
quarter of the previous year. The company reported a net loss of
approximately $(1,553,700), or $(0.06) per share for the quarter
compared with a loss of $(1,008,112), or $(0.04) per share in second
fiscal quarter of the previous year. Revenues for the six month period
ended January 31, 2008 were approximately $247,800, as compared with
revenues of $196,500 in the same period of the previous year. The
company reported a net loss of approximately $(2,562,400), or $(0.10)
per share, compared with a loss of $(1,875,400), or $(0.08) per share,
in the previous period.
"For the third consecutive quarter our revenues increased,

importantly, discussions and negotiations with key new partners and
distributors for our SDC technology have progressed substantially, and
we expect to finalize a number of contracts in the near term across
multiple industries.

national, state and international approvals and ready their marketing
and sales initiatives, we expect to see the results of their marketing
efforts as they continue to establish our SDC technology in the market
place. We are seeing a marked increase in potential partner companies,
both in the United States and internationally, who are recognizing the
capabilities and the potential of our SDC technology within their
particular markets. "
