Vincent Colonno has been named director of the Albany
(N.Y.) County Department of Social Services.
Vincent Colonno has been named director of the Albany (N.Y.) County
Department of Social Services, succeeding Elizabeth Berlin, who left to
work for the governor. Colonno has been commissioner of the county
Department for Aging since 2000.
