Great American Publishing (Sparta, MI), the publisher of
"Party & Paper Retailer" magazine, has begun the
publication of "Fantasy Costume & Apparel," a quarterly
magazine distributed on a controlled basis to 10,000 owners of
Halloween, costume, party and lingerie stores in the U.S. The company
said the title provides coverage of issues affecting retailers with
information on industry news, new products, management and operations,
finance, sales and marketing, as well as retailer profiles, commentary.
