BNA International (BNAI; London, a unit of the Bureau of National Affairs (Silver Spring, MD), has acquired the European American Tax Institute (EATI; Kidderminster, UK), an organization that provides tax information and tax training courses as well as transfer pricing information and resources for accountants, attorneys and related professionals involved with U.S. and international tax and accounting rules. No terms of the deal were given. EATI assets include four books on US and international taxation involving corporate reorganizations, partners and partnership income, nearly 20 courses on transfer pricing, and international and U.S. taxation, and related round-tables and conferences.
