Thomson West (Eagan, MN) this month published "Insurance Law Settlements and Negotiations: Leading Lawyers on Evaluating the Situation, Determining Settlements vs. Litigation, and Analyzing Frequently Negotiated Issues," a new softbound book that provides information on successfully negotiating and settling insurance policy disputes and claims.
