Situation, Determining Settlements vs. Litigation, and Analyzing
Frequently Negotiated Issues," a new softbound book that provides
information on successfully negotiating and settling insurance policy
disputes and claims. It includes discussion of strategies for obtaining
the best terms under a policy and the negotiation process of such items
as price, indemnity, and the scope of release. It covers the role of
various players in the process, strategies for conducting due diligence,
the structure and features of insurance claims, alternative methods for
resolving disputes, common deal killers, protection strategies, when to
settle vs. when to litigate a claim, obtaining proper documentation,
