In December 2007 Saskatchewan's urban housing starts were up
by 22 per cent, to 237 units, compared to December 2006. In 2007, urban
housing starts increased by 64 per cent, to 4,784 units, compared to
2,914 in 2006. This was the highest percentage increase among the
provinces.
