DMM redefines 6 1/2-digit
resolution.
The USB-based SMU2055 DMM has a full [+ or -]2,400,000 ADC counts.
The factor of 2.4 accounts for 10x resolution on a wide range of inputs,
meaning you can measure 14 VDC with 10-[micro]V resolution.
Features include DC volts, DC current, true rms AC volts and
current, both 2- and 4-wire ohms, diode test at selectable currents, a
reading rate of up to 250 readings/s, and fast range and function
changing. The instrument is powered from the USB connection and consumes
only 1 1/2 watts.
