Vibration Controller/analyzer.

EE-Evaluation Engineering • April, 2008 • ENVIRONMENTAL TEST

The rugged and dust-proof VibPilot is a compact four/eight-channel hardware platform with 24-b sigma-delta A/D converters and up to 102.4-kHz sampling rate. The analyzer allows for alias-protected measurements in a frequency range up to 40 kHz and more than 120-dB spurious-free dynamic range. The indoor/outdoor unit has two analog outputs, two counter inputs, eight digital inputs, and eight digital outputs. The fanless, noise-free operation enables acoustic measurements requiring a low noise environment. Two or more VibPilot devices can be synchronized via a master clock. The VibPilot supports the company's VibControl shaker software and all test modes used in vibration testing. It also works with SO Analyzer software to address applications in dynamic signal analysis such as real-time FFT and time history data acquisition, modal analysis, impact testing, rotating machinery analysis, acoustic measurements, environmental testing, and vehicle pass-by-noise measurements. m+p international, www.rsleads.com/804ee-187
