A new line of precision impedance analyzers with maximum
frequencies ranging from 5 MHz to 120 MHz for production, test, and
research applications is being introduced by Wayne Kerr Electronics of
Woburn, Massachusetts.
Wayne Kerr 6500 Series Precision Impedance Analyzers feature an
intuitive touch-screen user interface with easy to use drop down menus
and a Windows(r) compatible data format for subsequent analysis. Offered
in seven models for characterizing components or devices from 20 Hz up
to 120 MHz, they can perform measurements in 55 msec with 0.05% accuracy
and 1 mHz resolution.
Suitable for a wide variety of applications, Wayne Kerr 6500 Series
Precision Impedance Analyzers incorporate USB and PS2 ports, are fully
programmable over GPIB, and can be remotely controlled via LAN. A
graphical sweep of frequency AC drive level or DC bias for two
parameters can be displayed in full-color and software is included to
detect resonance and perform equivalent circuit analysis.
Wayne Kerr 6500 Series Precision Impedance Analyzers are priced
from (US) $15,000.00 up, depending upon model. Literature is available
upon request.
