O'Brien as sales director, North America Personal Care. His
responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans to drive
profitable growth in ISP's North America personal care business,
managing the North America sales team and identifying potential
acquisitions. Mr. O'Brien comes to ISP from Milbar Laboratories in
East Haven, CT.
