Department of Homeland Security Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards.

In late 2007 the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released Appendix A (list of chemicals covered by the new regulation) of the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS). Facilities possessing any of the chemicals above the threshold quantities are required to file an online report with the DHS.
