Organix-South, Bowling Green, FL, has introduced a line of herbal supplements, "TheraVeda," which have become the first from a U.S. company to use the patent-pending process of supercritical whole herb extraction to gain certified organic status. The product line includes a condition-specific set of 12 formulas, which provide the benefits of supercritical extracts and whole herbs while using no chemical solvents. Supercritical extraction is a natural process that makes efficacious herbal extracts containing a broad spectrum of an herb's oils, waxes and resins.
