Chr. Hansen, Horsholm, Denmark, has launched NutriPhy bilberry, a
popular superfruit known for its benefits to eye health. The product
contains an extract of bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) in powder form,
and boasts a high amount of natural antioxidants such as flavonoids,
phenolic acids and anthocyanins. NutriPhy bilberry contains a minimum of
25% anthocyanins specifically measured by high performance liquid
chromotography (HPLC).
